Road Rage Vocabulary


First, memorize the vocabulary:

road rage - when a driver gets very angry with another driver because of their driving.
to run into - to meet somebody, experience difficulties or have an accident.
to cut off - to block or interrupt somebody.
to tail - to follow somebody closely.
to set something up - to start a process.
to slow down - to make something slower.
to give something up - to quit something or to stop doing it.
to pass somebody up - to overtake somebody, to go by them or get in front of them.
to get something out one’s system - to do so much of something that you get tired of doing it.
to get out of the way - to remove oneself as an obstacle to someone else.
on the way - during the trip
to pull in / to get into - to turn the steering wheel to put the car in a certain position.
