We have just started updating and transferring to a Google Classroom the first of 100s of activities that used to be on MadridTeacher before the migration to a new Web Host. The long-term plan is to have an entire elementary English-learning program with grammar, reading, listening and vocabulary explanations and activities.
Here is page 7 (of 8) with exercises explaining and practicing the verb “to be.” Page 8 has the answers and there are also mp3 recordings of all of the sentences.

El plan a largo plazo es tener todo un programa de aprendizaje de inglés elemental con explicaciones y actividades de gramática, lectura, escucha y vocabulario.
